Meet our mentoring Living Legends of Burlesque and guest mentors for 2019
Born in Boston Lincolnshire, England in the 1950's, Gabriella began performing in 1970 and is still going strong. Gabriella has been a showgirl, a Burlesque dancers and an exotic dancer. She performed burlesque for as long as she could, and when it died out, she changed with the times and became a Exotic Feature dancer. Gabriella later moved to the United States to retire but came out of retirement in 2011 when she found out about the Burlesque Hall of Fame. She is the executive producer and founder/owner of the GLCC.

Camille 2,000 was known as the Girl for Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow, The Cosmic Queen of Burlesque. She introduced Aggressive Art to Burlesque with her Tribute to Marquis de Sade. many said at the time that is wasn’t Burlesque that it was performance art, but it was Burlesque. Camille choreographed this act herself. At the time Burlesque was losing the audience to Live Nude Dance, & Lap Dance, so she was trying to keep the audience & this performance did draw customers.
Miss Nude Universe 1975, Tiffany Carter began her burlesque career at the infamous Pink Pussycat in Hollywood, California. An active, in-demand entertainer with Blaine’s American Showgirl agency, Tiffany toured the US, Canada, and Japan from the late 1960’s through the 1980’s. Tiffany has come out of burlesque retirement and become one of the most beloved and booked burlesque legends within the international neo-burlesque community.
Performing under the name Pearl Divine in the early 1970s, local Bay Area burlesque legend Madame E spent the decade working in the seedier parts of cities like Honolulu, Los Angeles, Guam, and Las Vegas. She encourages new performers to take their craft seriously and take any dance classes: “Standing on stage and taking your clothes off is not performing, as far as I’m concerned, no matter how cute your act is, or how hot your body is.” “Be kind to your sister performers, there’s no room in this business for jealousy or catfighting. It’s a sisterhood. I am so proud of the young women who are keeping the art of striptease alive.”
Dee Milo - The Venus of Dance, started burlesque in New Orleans in 1949 and became a headliner performing nationally and internationally. During her career she, performed in Japan, Mexico, and all over the USA and toured with the USO.
In 1964 Dee Milo moved to Salt Lake City, and at the urging of her family quit burlesque and burned her burlesque memorabilia. Years later, a box was found in the attic that had Dee Milo’s red sequin mermaid gown. This same dress would later be worn on stage when she came out of retirement in 1995 and performed at Miss Exotic World. Since then Dee Milo has performed at Tease-O-Rama, the Burlesque Hall of Fame, and burlesque festivals or events around the country.
Featured in Nightclubs and theaters across the U.S. and Canada. Returning to the stage in 2016 for the first time in 25 years. She is recognized by the burlesque hall of fame as a burlesque legend. She is the author of the lady is a stripper/,memoirs of Las Vegas; only need magician, the golden g-string, & the magical world of burlesque.She has also been inducted into the entertainers hall of fame in Las Vegas
Ms Judith Stein - That lady divine!Canada's golden gift to burlesque began her rollicking international career as a stripper in the mid 1970's when she answered an ad for "topless go-go girls- no experience necessary". She had found her calling. Mentored by some of greatest names in this industry in 1974 she too was ready to strip, entertain, and see the world from the footlights of burlesque stage and never looked back! From Alaska to New Zealand and all points in between, "ripping her clothes off in wild abandon" for seventeen years of adventure. In 2010 she was re-discovered and found herself once again upon the burlesque stages of North America, doing what she loves.
Opal Dockery is a writer, speaker, actress and filmmaker. She was born Nov. 11, 1945 in Sheldon, Missouri. After graduating Lamar High School in Missouri, Opal was married for 6 years, having 2 children. Upon her divorce, she became a burlesque dancer for over 20 years, traveling the burlesque circuit. Dockery has a B.S. in Psychology from Missouri Southern State College and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice at Central Missouri State University. She is the author of Thoughts of a Stripper: A Mother's Story, an inspirational biographical journal of her burlesque days in the early 1970s. In 2005, she gave her son, filmmaker Jack Truman, a short film script titled Phone Sex Grandma. Dockery and Truman filmed the 9 minute short film in 3 weeks. It premiered at the 2006 Slamdance Film Festival, and has become a festival hit cult film. The Dockery/Truman filmmaking team currently has 4 short films playing the festival circuit worldwide. Her new film, The X-Rated Grandma, a compilation of 7 short films, is being self-distributed by Dockery and Truman's independent film company Dixie Productions.
At the age of seventeen Bic Carrol got his first choreography job, within the year he would become the producer/choreographer for the Follies Burlesque Theatre in Chicago IL. Where he produced, costumed and choreographed a weekly revue. By the age of 21 he was living in Paris working at the Chez Noir a nude revue. Bic Carrol is considered to be one of the first male striptease stars.
He was also trained by burlesque costumier Tony Midnite. Bic Carrol’s work has been seen in every major casino in Las Vegas. He has won the Las Vegas Costumer of the Year Award twice.
Trina Parks (born December 26, 1946) is an American actress, vocalist, choreographer, principal dancer and dance instructor, best known for portraying Thumper in 1971's Diamonds Are Forever. The first African-American Bond girl, Trina jumped onto the screen as "Thumper" in Diamonds Are Forever.She again made history as the first African-America woman in The Palm Springs Follies.

Rebel Vitale, The 2018 Golden Legends Champion is the co-founder of The Savannah Sweet Tease Burlesque Revue and Producer of The Savannah Burlesque Festival! In addition to being a burlesque performer, Rebel has over 20 years of experience in ballet, hip hop, contemporary, modern, jazz, and musical theatre, and currently works as a professional choreographer and dance competition judge! Her burlesque Style is a mixture of dance, dramatics and badassery. This fierce fire ball hopes to be bustin balls and breaking boundaries for many years to come!

Sweetpea has been stripteasing her way into the hearts *and parts) of audiences for nearly 14 years, From being a pioneer and titan of the Twin Cities’ Neo-burlesque Movement, to head lining national and international festivals as well as producing powerhouse events. This six-time competitor at the Burlesque Hall of Fame is the current reigning Princess of Burlesque. This Multiple title-holder burlesque superstar and superfan also dedicates her time of stage as BHOF’s Head of Legend’s Matters and producer of the Titans of Tease Showcase
Lily Star is a theatrical performer turned burly girl and has been performing burlesque in Las Vegas since 2012. Lily is a musical theatre choreographer and dance instructor who has been privileged to stage opening production numbers for Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender hosts, Blanche DeBris and Jonny Porkpie and for the Smoky Mountain Burlesque Festival. Lily volunteers at the Burlesque Hall of Fame museum and also performs with burlesque legends, Tiffany Carter and Lovey Goldmine.
The Naughty Dancing Cowboy fromTexas. Choreographer of Evil Dead the Musical Las Vegas, 1st Runner Up Mr Desert Nude Las Vegas, Las Vegas Men of Burlesque Pistol Holliday comes to you from the Lone Star State to bring you a little cowboy to the burlesque community. In Texas he is the owner and operator of the RR Bar and its performance venue THE BACKROOM where he is the producer for many burlesque troupes, live theatre, sideshow and musical talent. He also splits his time between TX and Las Vegas NV where he is the current choreographer of EVIL DEAD the Musical and production staff for the TOMMY WIND Theatre both on the Las Vegas Strip. Pistol performs all over Sin City and recently at the Hallow Erotic Ball at the Las Vegas Showgirl Museum. Currently finished the film IMMORTAL WARS w Eric Roberts where he also was Mr Roberts body double. Excited to be here in the Rockys, Pistol hopes to take and make you even higher !
With almost 20 years in Burlesque, Franki Markstone continues to prove that reinvention is the key to success. Always bringing her high energy and love for surprises to each audience, she leaves a fan favorite time and time again. She's taken the title of Best Tease Factor not once, but twice at the Texas Burlesque Festival, and was 2016 Florida Burlypicks Champion as well as Master of Amazement and Tassels. We're excited to see what she brings to our stage next and know you will be too!
Known for her classical dance background, her performance credits include The BURLESQUE Show in Atlantic City, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Uncle Flyod's Last Traveling Burlesque Show, and Celeste Giuliano's Pin-up Peep Show, a well as appearing in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, & Amateur Night at the Apollo. Miss Noir is a regular at Duane Park, the Visionary Tattoo Fest, and the 2016 Promenade of Mermaid's Grand Marshall. She was crowned at the 2015 Golden Legends Championship Challenge under the mentorship of Burlesque Legend Gabriella Maze, as well as a runner up in the 2016 Crystal Corset.
Monkey is an award-winning primate who has been flipping and stripping for audiences since 2002. Based in New York City, this monkey has pioneered a niche in the international circus/cabaret scene. He attended circus school, headlined festivals all over the world, staged 3 full-length theater shows produced national tours, and won several awards including the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas Best Duo 2006, King of Boylesque 2010, Most Comedic 2010 and Most Innovative 2008. Monkeys original mix of circus skills, absurd humor and over-the-top personality has earned him a cultish following developed over the course of a decade. Wherever he goes, Monkey is always a crowd favorite.
Mayo has been working her big, round booty off in the burlesque scene since 2012, pushing her way from hobbyist to professional. With her vast background in over a dozen traditional dance and martial arts genres, she has gone from dancer to burlesquer, student to instructor, stagehand to producer and performer to choreographer. She has won multiple awards for her efforts including 1st Runner Up at the 2017 Golden Legends Champion Challenge, Judges' Choice at the 2016 Arizona Burlesque Festival, Master of Improv at the 2017 Colorado Regional Burlypicks and Best Burlesque Performer in the 2017 Best of Burque campaign. Mayo has now performed in 14 states, 18 festivals and has produced 4 recurring Albuquerque burlesque shows. Hailing from Albuquerque, New Mexico, she is known as “The Enchantress of New Mexico” and "the bitch so fancy she could be aioli."
